Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your e-mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox in no time and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can forward mail messages from one email box to another, create mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your electronic mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mail boxes against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable e-mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just specify the email account you want to redirect messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the email client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you want to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
